Q1 : | What countries can you export cars to? |
A1 : | We can export to any countries as long as it meets the local legal requirements to import used cars from Japan. Please check you local regulation carefully(Some country regulates some car models, etc.) |
Q2 : | How long does it take for me to receive a car? |
A2 : | It depends on the destination. For example, it takes normally 3-4 days to Hong-Kong and Russia, 3 weeks to Australia, a month to 1.5 months to African countries. |
Q3 : | What kind of documents will I receive? |
A3 : | Following documents will be sent to you as soon as we confirm your payment of total cost required.

Q4 : | Can I put any other items into the car purchased when shipping? |
A4 : | No. you can not put anything into the car if you are shipping just a car alone. If you want to put any other items, we recommend that you use a container for the shipment. |
Q7 : | Can you provide foreign cars? |
A7 : | Yes, we have broad experience of exporting various cars to many countries.
We strive ourselves to meet your needs. The samples of exported cars can be seen in the sample page. |
Q8 : | Do I get warranty? |
A8 : | There is no Warranty on used cars, as they are exported in “As is” condition.
But we give you information of interior/exterior damage, repair history, etc,
so that you can know the condition of a car in advance when considering to purchase it. |
Q9 : | Do you sell spare parts? |
A9 : | Yes. As you can see in the “Our expertise”, we support our customers to maximize their benefit. Not only we provide spare parts, we can arrange used tires, wheels and any other necessary items. |
Q10 : | After making an order, can I cancel the deal? |
A10 : | Basically, we do not accept any cancellation. But if there are any compelling reasons, we will re-sell the cancelled car at the auction and return the bid price. (Normally app.50% of the deposit will be returned) |
